There are a number of ways you can get involved with Project Hope Spokane!
Use Our Services
Whether you hire us to care for your lawn, or you purchase fresh produce from us at the market, you’re providing an opportunity for our participants to do meaningful work and see the value in providing goods and services in the community!
Volunteer Your Time
Volunteering on the farm. Farming is tough, and the youth of West Central are up to the task. We need help preparing beds, planting, designing lots, watering vegetables, trellising, and weeding, weeding, weeding. Volunteers on the farm should dress appropriately for working outdoors and a water bottle.
Volunteering with the participants. For people who want to volunteer with the youth in our program, we require a completed application. We will also run a background check to make sure people working with the youth are safe positive role models. The best time to do this is during the summer program.
Project Hope welcomes volunteer groups of all shapes and sizes. Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule a time for your group to come out and do some urban farming.
Intern with Project Hope. Project Hope is looking for interns who can volunteer regularly for a few months. Project hope can help you fill a volunteer or course requirement. We offer unpaid internships year round. Summer interns help us with daily supervision of the youth during our summer program. This internship starts June 9th and ends August 22nd
